We offer two distinct classes: Aloha Boxing and Counterpunch. Aloha Boxing is tailored for those who are new to the sport or seeking to improve their fitness through boxing. It provides a perfect opportunity to learn the basics and get in fight-ready shape. Our Counterpunch class is suitable for individuals with some experience in boxing or those looking to push themselves further. It is an intermediate class that aims to take your boxing skills to the next level, providing growth and development for participants.

Private 1:1

Our Private 1:1 training offers a personalized fitness experience in which an experienced coach creates a workout plan tailored to your individual needs and goals. You will receive one-on-one attention and detailed feedback from our coach to ensure you are reaching your full potential and making progress. Our Private 1:1 training is perfect for anyone who wants personalized attention and a customized workout program to achieve their fitness goals.

Small Groups

We center our gym around the concept of small groups to ensure that our coaches are able to interact personally with every contender. We are about precision, techniques and instilling confidence that you’ll nail every move you are challenged with. Through our boxing training and conditioning, you will gain strength, be physically fit, have a clear mind and courage to box with the best of them.

Strength & Conditioning

All Strength & Conditioning classes are personally constructed by coach Michael Bazzel. Incorporating exclusive methods and strategies known throughout the boxing industry as #BazzelStrength. Boxing training is more than just throwing punches and each session includes resistance work, plyometrics and a special technique we call “Operation Abs”
