• Aloha Boxing: A 60-minute, beginner-friendly, bag-focused class simulating professional training. Expect shadow boxing, punch combinations, and various bag stations. Guided by expert coaches, this class is ideal for improving fitness and technique.
• Boxing Conditioning: Designed by Coach Michael Bazzel, incorporating resistance exercises, TRX, and other elements to provide a comprehensive full-body workout.

Level Up Your Skills
For those with some experience looking to sharpen their technique, we offer:
• Counter Punch: Perfect for those with some experience, focusing on footwork, defense, and advanced techniques like counterpunching through partner drills, mitt work, and heavy bag exercises.
• Sparring Class: Focused on developing defensive skills for the ring, including movement and sparring techniques. Participants must bring proper protective gear.
