Service Description
Our Youth Summer Camp is designed for kids ages 10–13 who are ready to learn real boxing fundamentals while staying active in a fun, supportive environment. This Monday–Friday camp helps athletes develop strength, coordination, and confidence through structured training that includes stance and footwork, basic combinations, defensive movement, mitt work, heavy bag rounds, and conditioning challenges. All activities are non-contact and age appropriate. No prior boxing experience is required, and there is no sparring. Small group sizes allow for focused coaching and individual attention. Duration: 1 week (Monday–Friday) Class Length: 2.5 hours per day (10:30 AM–1 PM) Enrollment: Limited spots (minimum 6 to run, maximum 10). Spots are filled first-come, first-served. Full payment is required to secure enrollment. Cancellations within 7 days of camp start are non-refundable. Member Discount: Current members of Aloha Time Boxing Pleasant Hill receive 15% off.
