Keiki Boxing Class (Ages 5-7)

Service Description

Our Keiki boxing class in Pleasant Hill is a 45-minute class for ages 5–7 and beginners. Kids learn boxing fundamentals, including footwork and defense, in a fun, safe environment. No sparring. Our coaches focus on building confidence, teaching proper technique, and developing movement skills while keeping each class fun, engaging, and appropriate for young kids.
