At Aloha Time Boxing, our trainers are a team of former and current professional fighters including a world champion. We emphasize mastering boxing fundamentals in a supportive environment. Every coach crafts a personalized workout plan to fit your unique needs and goals, providing one-on-one attention and detailed feedback to help you reach your full potential.
Boxing 101 – 30 Minute Session
A focused session tailored to your goals with one-on-one coaching and feedback to maximize progress. Available on the Prospect Monthly membership or can be purchased separately.
Private 1:1 – 60 Minute Session
Full technical development and conditioning with a personalized training plan, mitt work, bag drills and detailed feedback. Can be purchased separately or with the Contender Combo package.
Private Small-Group Training (2–4 people)
Train with friends or family in a shared session that includes warm-up, partner drills, bag rotations, and team finishers. Also perfect for learning sparring fundamentals and practicing sparring drills. Can be purchased separately or as part of a package.
