Michael Bazzel, also known as Bazzelstrength, is a veteran strength trainer who has been in the industry for over 25 years. He first began his journey in 1993 as a trainer for boxers and has since worked with numerous amateur and professional boxers, including world champions, top prospects, and contenders. Bazzelstrength is more than just a fitness program; it’s a way of training that aims to cultivate the “fighter survivor” in everyone.

Bazzel’s approach to strength and conditioning is unique and highly effective, with a focus on pushing people to the limit and achieving results beyond what they thought possible. Even though he started by working with boxers, Bazzel has also trained fitness enthusiasts who love boxing conditioning, and many have attested to the effectiveness of his techniques.

 

In addition to his work as a strength trainer, Bazzel is also a co-founder of Aloha Time Boxing. Throughout his more than two decades of experience, Bazzel has honed his philosophy of strength and conditioning, resulting in an approach that truly sets him apart.
