Co-Founder
Bruno Escalante Jr.
Bruno Escalante, a former IBA Super Flyweight World Champion who grew up in Waimanalo, Hawaii, is a highly respected figure in the boxing world. He began his boxing journey at the age of 14 and was a standout amateur, winning three national titles and earning a place as the 2008 Olympic Flyweight alternate.
After turning professional in 2010, Bruno gained a reputation as a tough and skilled fighter, culminating in his crowning achievement of the IBA Super Flyweight World Champion title in 2013.
Today, Bruno continues to give back to the sport he loves. He is a licensed amateur and professional trainer, as well as the co-founder and head trainer of Aloha Time Boxing. Whether he's helping beginners get in shape or working with experienced fighters to hone their craft, Bruno brings his love, knowledge, dedication and passion to every training session.

Michael Bazzel
Michael Bazzel, better known as Bazzelstrength, is a veteran Strength Trainer with over 25 years of experience in the field. With a passion for strength and conditioning, Mike embarked on his journey in 1993, carving a niche for himself in the industry as a trainer for boxers. He has worked with numerous Amateur and Professional boxers, including World Champions, Top Prospects and Contenders, and has earned a reputation for his unique approach to strength and conditioning.
The moniker Bazzelstrength came about as a homage to his way of training boxers. The countless sessions in the gym and the tagline "my fight is coming up, I need to get my Bazzelstrength on" showcased just how effective his methods were.
Bazzelstrength is a "way" of training, not for the simple fitness enthusiast, but for the "fighter survivor" in us all. The training aims to make you the starring cast of the Zombie Apocalypse, pushing you to your limits and beyond. Despite his focus on boxers, Mike has trained numerous clients and members who love Boxing Conditioning, with many attesting to the effectiveness of his training techniques.
For over two decades, Michael Bazzel has honed his philosophy of strength and conditioning, resulting in an approach that is both unique and highly effective. With Bazzelstrength, the focus is on pushing yourself to the limit and achieving results beyond what you ever thought possible.

Arnold Dinong
Arnold Dinong, born and raised in Hawaii, has established himself as a talented and dedicated boxer. He first laced up his gloves in 2002 at just eight years old and quickly fell in love with the sport. In pursuit of his dreams of becoming a professional boxer, Arnold moved to the Bay Area, California in 2014.
Fighting in the Featherweight division, Arnold has compiled an impressive record of 7-1. His success in the ring is a testament to his commitment to the sport, tireless work ethic, and exceptional skills as a boxer.
Today, Arnold shares his love of boxing by teaching the basic fundamentals from beginner to advanced levels. His classes are both fun and intense, ensuring that you’ll break a sweat while taking your skills to the next level. Arnold is dedicated to helping others discover the same passion and joy for boxing that he has experienced throughout his life.

Steve Canela
Steve Canela, a mixed martial artist with a passion for boxing. He has an extensive background in wrestling and Brazilian jiu-jitsu, which has allowed him to develop a unique and versatile fighting style.
After discovering his love for boxing, Steve has dedicated the past three years of his life to the sport. His focus on boxing has allowed him to refine his skills and become a formidable opponent in the ring.
In addition to his own training and competition, Steve has also been teaching boxing for the past two years. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion for the sport with others, and has helped many aspiring boxers improve their skills.
Throughout his career, Steve has participated in 19 amateur fights and 1 MMA fight. His dedication and hard work have earned him the respect of his peers and opponents alike.
